How to Get All Pieces of Heart
Lanayru Mine Story Walkthrough

| 1. Enter the Mine. Push the minecart into the pit to use it as a platform. |
| 2. Activate the Timeshift stones to make the surrounding area revert to its past state. |
| 3. Ride the minecart that leads into the south door. |
| 4. Toss a Bomb into the Wall Statue's basket to topple it over, revealing a path. |
| 5. Topple over more of the wall statues to have platforms to rest on after running on sinksand. |
| 6. Roll a bomb on the sinksand to reveal and activate a timeshift stone. |
| 7. Ride the minecart out to the Lanayru Desert |
Enter the Mine. Push the minecart into the pit to use it as a platform
A minecart will block your path. Push it forward to enter the mine.
Continue pushing the minecart until it falls into the pit. Then push it along the track to use as a platform allowing you to jump up to the higher ledge.
Activate the Timeshift stones to make the surrounding area revert to its past state
Continue forward and you'll come across a large crystal with the Sheikah Symbol on it. This is a Timeshift Stone. Striking this crystal will cause a time shift in the surrounding area, showing what it was like in the past.
Ride the minecart that leads into the south door
Head back the way you came and push the minecart into the range of the Timeshift stone. Once operational, give it a ride into one of the doors. Take a bomb and blow up the rubble to reveal another Timeshift stone here.
Toss a Bomb into the Wall Statue's basket to topple it over, revealing a path
Strike this Timeshift stone and the range of influence will transfer into this room. One of the walls appears to have an LD-301 statue. Toss a Bomb into its basket and it will topple over revealing a path behind it.
Topple over more of the wall statues to have platforms to rest on after running on sinksand
In the next room will be your first encounter with sinksand. You'll have to quickly run between sturdy platforms or else you'll be sucked into the sand. Run across to the stone path with the Stamina Flower.
From here, use more bombs to topple over the statues to make your way through the sinksand.
Roll a bomb on the sinksand to reveal and activate a timeshift stone
Head up the ramp and blow up the rocks here. To your left will be a long corridor with more sinksand. Roll a bomb to blow up the rock in the way. Roll another bomb to reach the rocks further back revealing a Timeshift stone.

| Chuchu | A simple sword slash defeats it. When it merges, proceed to continue slashing until every Chuchu is defeated. |
| Deku Baba | Slash horizontally or vertically according to the orientation of its mouth. You can also cut off its stem with a Beetle to instantly defeat it. |
| Electro Spume | Throw a bomb or attack with a Skyward Strike. |
| Quadro Baba | You can slash it across its mouth the moment it opens, or hit it when it is stunned by a shield attack. You may need multiple hits before downing it. Use the Beetle to instantly defeat it. |
