How to Conduct a Self-Audit | Undergraduate Programs (2024)

Over one billion people worldwide live with a disability, and 88% percent of persons with invisible disabilities choose not to disclose them at work in order to avoid stigma and discrimination. Join us for an interview with Lawrence Deju-Wiseman, Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and a person with an invisible disability, for a thought-provoking discussion of invisible disabilities in finance and business. Lawrence will share his personal story about living with an invisible disability and show how persons with invisible disabilities can thrive in hiring, career progression, and leadership. Lawrence will also discuss the legal, commercial, and ethical imperatives for organizations to support persons with individual disabilities, and show how new technologies and practices are transforming how companies think about persons with disabilities in their workforce. This event is open to students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and is for anyone who is interested in how persons with disabilities can thrive in modern organizations.
