  Highly disappointed right when Ithought Ihad found agood nail salon. Iended upwalking out after waiting for anhour for ascheduled appointment. They definitely have favoritism over clients.

  There's literally noone that Itrust more with mynail care than the staff atCoCo NailBar. Itis top notch inall the ways, and they care deeply about your experience and the quality oftheir work. The beautiful salon and overall positive energy isa bonus.

  I called for awalkin.. got there they told mewait 15mins … soidid, finally sat down for the guy totell mehe cant domy nails how iwant because ineed anew set first.. weall know this isa money hungry thing … anyways sofinally hesaid hewould doit after isaid ican goelsewhere… so…. while imsitting here talking tomy friend onthe phone and some lady that works there came upto meand told mei was being toloud tobe quiet… soin conclusion this will bemy first and last time here!!!… – show

  Since their Soft opening they have been amazing! Every nail specialist has the perfect touch. The offer *consistently* quality-price-great tservice.   I ama regular customer here and unfortunately Ihave tobe honest about one thing. They did mynails sobad and Ipaid $130forit. The color was wrong and although Iinsisted, itmust bethis color, said the man who madeit. Ididn't care about the color, but the finish and shape ofthe nail never looks good. You can see the wavy stance ofthe nail inthe picture. Atthe first entrance, Iasked ifanyone else could doit, trying tobe not rude, but they didn't even care. That's why Iwas disappointed.   Did awalk-in yesterday around6:30they were busy but was still able tosee mymother and Ifor pedicures and myfullset! Jasmine was the girl who was doing apedicure for mymom and noticed that mymom had some hole inher nails that she noticed pointed itout and was recommending uswhat todo. Mind you Ihave been taking mymom toother nails salons inManassas area and noone said anything.

  Ryan did myfull set nails and itcame out amazing! Ilove the way heleft mycoffin shaped and the

  Coco Nail Bar isamazing. Very professional and beautiful salon. All ofthe technicians dowonderful work, are courteous and friendly. The selection ofservices and colors isenormous. Ialways leave here feeling relaxed and beautiful. Mydaughter loves tocome along and get pampered aswell whenever shecan, and the technicians are always wonderful withher. Ialso wanted toaddress the review left earlier today about the salon not being fair and overcharging for services. The young ladywas not truthful about what she ended upbeing charged and did not mention that the owner did not charge her for one ofthe services. She also did not include how rude, loud, and disruptive shewas. Ifyou are receiving services, itis incumbent upon you toknow how much those services cost. Ifyou don’task, then beprepared topay. Donot take your frustration with yourself and lack ofaccountability out onsomeone else, and try tohurt areputable business.… – show

  They’re not honest about their services, they will cheat you inthe end and make you pay more. Igot apedicure done and the lady mumbled “do you want meto remove your calluses” Isaid Idon’t know and she removed them, Iended upgetting charged anextra $10. Igot mynails done, Iasked for adesign ontwo nails and they charged me$22. $22isa ridiculous amount for two nails!!! I’ve been tobetter nail salons inthe area who doa better job than them and they’ve charged meless. I’m never going there again. Idon’t usually review aplace, however I’m doing itnow soother people are warned.… – show

  I have been going toHolly toget mynails done since 2016and was thrilled she opened her own nail salon!

  About the Salon: This place isbeautiful and brandnew. Everything here isspotlessly clean and elegant. The space islarge and you donot feel cramped when moving around, the chairs are large and comfy, and the pedicure massage chairs are excellent. There isplenty ofparkingand, unless you come when it's super busy, the atmosphere isquiet. When itgets busy the customers can bea bit l

  oud, but that's normal. They offer tea and water toall guests and allow you toBYOB ifyou want todrink with your friends:)

  About the service: Iget acrylic nails and gel pedicures every time. Holly ismy favorite and isso precise about the details ofmy nails. The shape isprefect every time and Iam extremely picky. She helps mepick out colors and designs and makes sure that myskin isclean and moisturized. Iget adifferent person every time for mypedicure and I've never been disappointed. They have aton ofvariety when itcomes topedicures and Ilove all ofthem, but the deep clean ismy favorite. With the spa pedicures you get awarm, nice smelling neck pillow, and you always leave feeling calm and relaxed. The Salon also has afashion nail specialist for those interested inthe TikTok trending designs. I've never had trouble getting anappointment and Ihave brought several ofmy friends here aswell asmy boyfriend who loves going with menow.

  I could not recommend this salon highly enough! 10/10!

  Got amanicure with SNS & peppermint spa pedicure and lets just say after long week, Ithroughly enjoyed every single moment ofit thanks towonderful nail technicianMs. Cassie! This wasnt myfirst time visiting the salon. Its been mygo-to spot ever since itopened couple monthsago. ButMs. Cassie blew myexpectation away with elite service from pedicure, cuticles, tomassages and mydipping nails. Flawless. Salon does get busy soI dorecommend calling ahead tomake anappointment.   Used tocome here often for dip manicures and pedicures, always got adecent service but definitely nothing torave about. Ionly ever returned due tothe convenient location but after this most recent service Iwill never bereturning nor recommending this place toanyone. Absolutely humiliating experience, terrible nail service and not toeven mention unbelievably rude employees/management with absolutely nocustomer service.

  I’m speechless asto how professional the staffare! They took meearlier than myappointment time with noproblems, they helped with choosing the exact colors Iwanted, and Iwas out inabout 45minutes toan hour.
